Crozato is a certified Salesforce consulting partner that works with businesses across the United States. We are looking for a Business Analyst cum Project Manager who can turn what a client needs into a clear plan, and then see that plan through to a smooth go-live. This role is fully remote.
What you will do
- Run discovery sessions with client sales, service and operations teams
- Write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Plan sprints, track progress and keep timelines and budgets on course
- Work every day with Salesforce developers, admins and architects
- Lead demos and user acceptance testing with clients
- Share honest, regular status updates and raise risks early
- Support training and adoption after launch
What we are looking for
- 4+ years in business analysis or project management, ideally on CRM or Salesforce projects
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Comfortable with Agile and Scrum and with a tool such as Jira
- Excellent written and spoken English for client calls
- Calm, organised, and in the habit of following things through
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification
- Experience with integrations or data migration projects
