Crozato is a certified Salesforce consulting partner that works with businesses across the United States. We are hiring a Salesforce Project Manager to own delivery of implementation, integration and managed service projects from kickoff to go-live and beyond. This role is fully remote.
What you will do
- Own project plans, scope, budgets and timelines for Salesforce engagements
- Lead sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives with the delivery team
- Be the main point of contact for clients and keep them informed at every step
- Manage risks, dependencies and change requests clearly and early
- Coordinate developers, admins, analysts and testers
- Make sure work is tested, documented and ready before each release
- Help clients plan the next phase after launch
What we are looking for
- 5+ years managing software or CRM projects, with Salesforce projects in at least part of that time
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and how implementations run
- Hands-on Agile or Scrum delivery experience
- Confident client communication and stakeholder management
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or similar is a plus
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration projects
