What it means

Salesforce Managed Services, Explained

Buying Salesforce is the easy part. Keeping it useful is the long game. People join and leave, sales processes change, new releases arrive three times a year, and an integration that ran fine in spring can quietly fail by summer.

Salesforce managed services put the everyday care of your org in the hands of a dedicated team on an ongoing plan. Instead of hiring an admin, a developer and a support analyst, or paying by the hour every time something breaks, you get one team that knows your setup and answers for it.

Crozato looks after your Salesforce clouds, integrations and reports, and moves your roadmap forward a little every month. It is one part of our wider Salesforce services.

What you get

What Your Managed Plan Covers

Admin and User Support

New users, permission changes, page layouts and how-do-I questions, handled through one shared request queue.

Release Management

Every Salesforce seasonal release is tested against your setup in a sandbox before it reaches your users.

Health Checks and Security

Regular reviews of permissions, sharing rules, unused fields and old automation, with a short list of what to fix first.

Integration Monitoring

We watch the links between Salesforce and your ERP, billing, marketing and support tools, and repair failed syncs.

Data Quality and Backups

Duplicate rules, clean-up work, import help and backup checks, so your records stay accurate and recoverable.

Reports and Small Enhancements

New reports, flows and screen tweaks delivered in a steady monthly rhythm instead of one big project.
Our monthly rhythm

A Simple Cycle That Keeps Your Org Healthy

Good support is repetitive on purpose. Every month follows the same four steps, so nothing depends on someone remembering to ask.

You always know what was requested, what was done and what is coming next, without chasing anyone for an update.

Monitor: we watch scheduled jobs, syncs and storage limits
Fix: requests and errors are handled by business impact
Improve: a few agreed upgrades ship every month
Report: a plain-language summary and a look ahead
Monthly Salesforce managed services cycle: monitor, fix, improve and report

Integrations That Do Not Fail Quietly

Most Salesforce problems start outside Salesforce. A billing sync stops, a marketing tool creates duplicates, or an ERP update overwrites good data, and your team only notices when a customer complains.

We monitor the connections that matter most to your business and repair them quickly, whether they run on MuleSoft, REST APIs or a simple connector.

Who Gets the Most From a Managed Plan

Managed services suit companies that depend on Salesforce every day but do not have the people to look after it full time. You may recognise your own situation below.

If two or more of these sound familiar, an ongoing plan will likely save you time and money compared with fixing problems one at a time.

You have no dedicated Salesforce admin
Your one admin is buried in requests
A past release or integration change broke something
Reps keep side spreadsheets because they distrust the data
Salesforce managed services dashboard showing a request queue, org health checks and the next release status
Support levels

Choose the Level of Care That Fits

Every plan is priced around the size of your org, your number of users and the kind of help you need. We agree the scope in writing before we begin, so there are no surprises on your first invoice.

A named lead and a shared request queue
A monthly report and planning call
Changes tested in sandboxes first
Scope you can adjust as you grow

Salesforce Managed Services FAQs

01 What are Salesforce managed services?
They are an ongoing service where an outside team looks after your Salesforce org: admin tasks, support requests, releases, integrations and small improvements. You pay a regular fee instead of hiring several roles or buying help by the hour.
02 How is this different from hiring a Salesforce admin?
One admin brings one set of skills and one calendar. A managed team brings admins, developers and architects, plus cover for holidays and sick days. Many companies keep an in-house admin and use us for the deeper work.
03 Which Salesforce clouds do you support?
We support the Salesforce clouds most growing companies use, along with integrations and Agentforce. Tell us what you run and we will confirm the fit on our first call.
04 How do you handle urgent problems?
Urgent issues, such as a broken sales process or a failed integration, move to the front of the queue. We agree what counts as urgent and how quickly we respond during onboarding, and we put it in writing.
05 Do you only maintain the org, or build new things too?
Both. Small enhancements are part of the monthly plan. For larger work, such as a new cloud or a big integration, we can scope a separate project or extend your plan.
06 Can we start with a health check first?
Yes. Many clients begin with a review of their org. You get a written summary of what is working, what is risky and what to fix first, and you decide about ongoing support afterwards.
07 How much do Salesforce managed services cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your org, your number of users and the level of support you need. After a short call we send a clear quote with the scope written out. You can ask for one on our contact page.
